Access & authentication
Internal tooling that handles customer data uses individual accounts protected by strong passwords and, where supported by the underlying platform, multi-factor authentication. Access is scoped to the team members who need it for their role.
Platform & hosting
This website is served as a static site on managed shared hosting. Inquiry data you submit through our contact and demo forms is stored in a MySQL database, with data encrypted in transit via TLS. This is not an independent certification of those services.
Data we collect on this site
We collect what you submit through our contact and demo-request forms (name, work email, company, and any message you choose to share) so we can reply to your inquiry. We do not sell this information.
Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of first-party cookies for essential site functionality (such as remembering your light/dark theme preference). If we add analytics in the future, we will list the provider here and update this page.
Subprocessors & integrations
Inquiry messages submitted through our forms are stored securely and reviewed by our small team. Email replies are sent from our company mailbox. If we add additional subprocessors (e.g. analytics, email delivery, CRM), they will be listed here.
Retention & deletion
Inquiry messages are retained while your request is active and for a reasonable follow-up window afterwards. You can ask us to delete your contact record at any time using the email address below.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you've found a security issue on this site or one of our products, please email us at the address below with the words "security report" in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days.
